Peggy is an Event Planner working in Los Angeles since 1985. Alex is a Rock N’ Roll Musician. They enjoy sharing their home with filmmakers and hope to do their part to keep Burbank as an active film shoot location. We are very comfortable with film, television and commercial shoots. We have designed the house to make it easy for you to shoot here. Furniture and artwork can be moved. We have two styles of living room furniture available. We have an actor holding area for you to use. You may borrow our film shoot floor mats, 10ft. pop-up tent, 8 ft. banquet table and folding chairs. Lots of places to hang wardrobe. We look forward to having you shoot here!

BURBANK HOUSE LA Film Shoot Location by Warner Bro Location…Location…Location!! The home is absolutely stunning - truly one of a kind. It fit our shoot's needs perfectly! Peggy, the SUPER host, exceptionally kind and helpful. From the initial scout, to the final walkthrough and once we'd wrapped, she made the experience an excellent one. The house is even more beautiful in person!
