BURBANK HOUSE LA FILM LOCATION by WARNER BROTHERS and NEW YORK FILM ACADEMY - NYFA LRG open living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom or office, enclosed patio/spa with Jacuzzi, and large yard. Queen size bedroom/office with shower, hallway, and bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. 2nd bathroom for film and crew. Note: The living room can be turned into a stunning master bedroom. We're very comfortable with film, television, video, photo and commercial shoots. We've designed the house to make it easy for you to shoot here. Furniture and artwork can be moved. We have two styles of living room furniture available. We have an actor holding area for you to use. Lots of places to hang wardrobe. We have power on the outside of the house so you can easily light from inside and outside. Surfaces to the windows are flat ground-perfect to place light stands. We offer a 50% discount meeting or rehearsal in the space the week of your shoot. We want your shoot to go as smoothly as possible. All hardwood floors. No overnight shoots.
