Nina's place was a great spot to film. Plenty of outside space to stage lunch, etc. The space was clean and well designed. Nina was very responsive and willing to work with us. Just a note: She is cautious of having certain things unplugged and prefers any overnight security to remain outside the gate and not enter the property.

It was a very clean and straightforward space with good communication from the owner. Lots of different areas to shoot in, along with working outlets and interiors. Nice big parking lot with gated access in case you have a large crew.
