Nina is wonderful to work with. Very flexible, helpful and responds quickly. The property is beautiful and lots of space to shoot. We had ample parking, quiet neighborhood. We were outdoors shooting but they have a wonderful back unit that is private from the home that is fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom living room and bedroom. Very nicely decorated. We highly recommend this home.

Nina and her family were a delight and their home was gorgeous! Their driveway and spacious backyard made great for production use which was vital while filming with Covid restrictions. The look of the home was very modern and the more open floor plan made for great shots. I would love to revisit with them should a similar location ever be needed!

Nina is a wonderful host, the house has a lot of spaces and various types of floors. The location is quiet and clean, easy to move equipment around. Thank you for hosting us!
