Wonderful location! The space (indoors and outdoors) was clean, modern, light, and beautiful. It was also easy to find, and there was plenty of parking. Nina, the host, was super helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this space or any other space that Nina hosts!

The space is so versatile, and worked perfectly for our music video shoot. Plenty of space, both indoor and outside areas. Nina was accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process. Would definitely shoot here again.

Very nice location for any film shoot! There is ample natural light source and many windows to place lights as well. Nina is very responsive and helpful. The place is clean and the decor is excellent. And if it's not too cold or rainy outside, they have a huge outdoor area that is available for us to use. I would recommend anyone looking for a modern spacious house!
