Nina was a gracious, responsive, helpful host. She was quick to answer calls during the preliminary planning stages, provided us with photos of all of the unique features of the home that we needed to shoot, and communicated thoroughly with us to make sure that our production was a success.
There is plenty of outdoor space -- and outdoor seating -- in the backyard, which made socially distant meals easy. The spacious driveway gave us enough room to park a sprinter van, along with five other crew vehicles, making all of our equipment easily accessible.
This ended up being a great location for our single-day photo shoot.

Nina is an absolutely wonderful host! Aside from letting us use her beautiful home, she allowed us to move freely and gave us the freedom to create. I would 100% recommend this gorgeous place to anyone who is looking to film with peace of mind and ease.
