Nina was easy to deal with and extremely accommodating.
The space was bright, clean and provided the perfect environment for our short.
The ability to park some vehicles on her driveway proved to be a big win for our production as well as having the ability to utilize the open space in the back yard for staging.
For sleek, modern space with luxury vibes I highly recommend this location.

This place is wonderful. There are many options for simple standing sets and Nina and Lou were very accommodating. They brought in a toilet so that we could use one of their sets as a bathroom. They even let us use a canopy for the bed, which helped our shoot. It was a joy to work with them. I highly recommend using this location.

This location is AWESOME! There is so much space and so much personality in this spot. We were able to get everything we needed for our film shoot. Nina and Lou and on top of everything and super helpful. I highly recommend this spot!
