I rented this loft for a short film that I was producing. Candice was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and was super accommodating. She was an incredible host who was always available to quickly answer any questions that I had leading up to the shoot and even the day off. The loft is absolutely beautiful! It is impeccably decorated and the stunning views of DTLA are unmatched. We had everything we needed - plenty of space to set up craft services in the kitchen, there was one bathroom for our cast and crew to use (we had under 15 people) and Candice even arranged for our group to park in the basement of the building's parking garage since it's not normally accessible on the weekends. The only reason I can not give it a perfect 5 star review is the issue of street noise. Unfortunately, on the Saturday that we were shooting, there were events happening in MacArthur park right below the building. Even though the loft is on the twelfth floor, we could clearly hear the live music, people singing, speaking on megaphones, etc. This made it nearly impossible to record useable sound. This was completely out of Candice's control and not her fault... I'm only sharing this information so that if you do decide to rent this amazing space, be sure to check for events on the day(s) you plan to shoot. But other that that, I highly recommend renting this space!
