Fashion District Event Space Ryan is a very responsive and considerate host. He provided us with as much help as possible during our setup at the venue. The space was very clean and spacious, and the lighting's color was perfect for a party. Highly recommend!

Fashion District Event Space Ryan is a great host, and the space offers a number of interesting opportunities for filming. With minimal dressing, we made it look like a department store. Plenty of street parking around, and easy to get to.

Fashion District Event Space Thank you Ryan for a great space to celebrate! I had a milestone birthday to celebrate and this space exceeded my expectations, team was great and communicated well. The space was ready on time for my party and I, parking right in front. Bar on one side and on the other a place to have our food and desserts. Would definitely recommend and will consider this place again for future events!

Fashion District Event Space The photos and description matched the venue exactly. Great space with fun lighting that definitely helped set the mood for the night. Owner was very responsive as well as accommodating. Would definitely recommend to others.
