Modern Minimalist Dream House I had such a wonderful experience renting this location for filming! Yna is such a lovely host! She was great with communication ahead of our shoot. Upon arrival, she provided a written welcome packet with wifi, nearby stores/restaurants, parking instructions. We were able to utilize every space for what we needed and the natural lighting was perfect! Yna is so accommodating too to make everything run smooth and easy! I had unexpected film changes to the schedule on one of the filming days and Yna made it so convenient to modify my booking to meet my needs. I look forward to using this space again for future projects!

Modern Minimalist Dream House Yna was such an incredible host. She was very understanding of what we needed as a company, and did whatever she could to make us feel welcomed in the space. She even set up a beautiful little welcome tray with snacks and drinks to go the extra mile.
The space was beautiful. Worked really well on camera and the amount of space made it so simple to set everything up. Can’t wait to come back and shoot more here.
