The studio is quite nice, and we had a good shoot there. However, when we arrived, it smelled strongly of weed, so we had to leave the garage door open for an hour to let the air out. I personally don't mind, but my client was very unhappy about it.

Great space, Jamil was helpful. Unfortunately, I booked this thinking it was fully black, but their set wasn't black on 2 walls. Was able to still make it work!

Host was easy to communicate with, and the space had so many props to use and the lighting was amazing once it was all setup. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to film.

Had a great time at The Black Box, Jamil was super accommodating! Studio super cool, being able to have the room completely blacked out is something hard to come by in the city. Super accessible (no stairs) great for easy load in and load out. Parking is literally outside the front door. Tons of restaurants, and plazas near by in case you need anything. And also a vending machine inside the studio with snacks. Decent lighting package available, and even a spot light with different colours. Definitely will book again!

Absolutely stellar place. Jamil & the crew were very accommodating and all of our expectations were exceeded! Would highly recommend this space. The parking and everything was very convenient too. Probably the fastest we have ever loaded & unloaded got a photoshoot.
