The studio is quite nice, and we had a good shoot there. However, when we arrived, it smelled strongly of weed, so we had to leave the garage door open for an hour to let the air out. I personally don't mind, but my client was very unhappy about it.

Great space, Jamil was helpful. Unfortunately, I booked this thinking it was fully black, but their set wasn't black on 2 walls. Was able to still make it work!

Had a great time at The Black Box, Jamil was super accommodating! Studio super cool, being able to have the room completely blacked out is something hard to come by in the city. Super accessible (no stairs) great for easy load in and load out. Parking is literally outside the front door. Tons of restaurants, and plazas near by in case you need anything. And also a vending machine inside the studio with snacks. Decent lighting package available, and even a spot light with different colours. Definitely will book again!

Absolutely stellar place. Jamil & the crew were very accommodating and all of our expectations were exceeded! Would highly recommend this space. The parking and everything was very convenient too. Probably the fastest we have ever loaded & unloaded got a photoshoot.

This space was perfect for our birthday photo shoot, as we had a good amount of options with the different coloured backgrounds, which allowed us to take a variety of photos with different themes. The host (Jamil) was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire booking, providing us with his professional opinion when asked certain questions regarding the shoot. I will be using this space again in the future, and will be recommending it to all friends and family.

Jamil and his boy were super nice and accompanying with the shoot, the studio was super high quality and each scene we shot with the different elements they used from the studio was way above any expectations me and my friends had it was amazing! (the pictures are of my friend on one of the backgrounds we shot off of and these were jus pictures i took on portrait on my phone)
