3K sqft Penthouse Duplex & Rooftop Skyline Views We had such a wonderful experience celebrating our farewell party at this gorgeous penthouse in Greenpoint, and we'd highly recommend this location for your upcoming event. The open layout design, immaculate natural lighting, and spacious outdoor areas made such a stunning and memorable backdrop for a special experience we'll never forget. Eduard and his team we're absolutely fantastic to work with, and they provided so much support and collaboration that really brought our event to life. Historic Unique Wide Townhouse Gorgeous location, and the operations team was very helpful in setting up the documentation and everything leading up to the shoot date. The host was very communicative and responsive, and the manager on the site was very helpful and nice.
