Historic Unique Wide Townhouse Gorgeous location, and the operations team was very helpful in setting up the documentation and everything leading up to the shoot date. The host was very communicative and responsive, and the manager on the site was very helpful and nice.
Highly recommend the location and host.

This space is amazing - really great for shooting and looks exactly like the pictures online and the team was super responsive leading up to the day. I just wish there was a little more direct communication about the fragility of the space leading up to load in to better prepare, as it slowed down our team process and flow of wrapping the shoot.
Blankets needed to be laid out for anything to come in the space (totally understandable!) but weren't set up upon arrival and there was pressure / extra oversight to wrap the shoot a full 1hr prior to the ending time even though there were multiple PAs throughout the house who were prepping each room while the photo team was getting the last shot.

This is a VERY conveniently located and film-friendly home that has a ton of different looks and versatile propping - a really great rental and I'm so appreciative that Eduard and César's team took care of us from start to finish. Any technical hiccups akin to any home on a rainy day, they were responsive and helpful and made sure the shoot went great. Would recommend to professional crews. Some tips: bring some ram board to protect the entryways, put carved tennis balls on your stands, and make sure to respect the furniture.
