This home is beautiful and spacious! Lots of great natural light and open floor plan. The pool in the backyard is stunning. Kathy was very kind and accommodating. If you’re looking for a cozy home for your next project I totally recommend this one!
My small crew and I had a great time working at this location. The grounds are beautiful, and Kathy stayed on site throughout the shoot to assist with any questions in the event that we had any. All in all, it was a great experience at a wonderful location. Thanks so much, Kathy!
The location is very conveniently placed in an area that DOESN’T REQUIRE PERMIT and has a lot of amenities that could be useful for filming.
Kathy is super nice and helpful.
The rooms are smaller than they appear, but if you know this in advance, there’s still so much to take advantage of the place.
