About the Space

Large 2 story house with several bedrooms and living areas, a cooks dream large kitchen with great lighting. The yard has a pool, spa, and 2 patios with outdoor kitchen and bar area. The pool and spa are for filming purposes. If anyone is entering the water, this would need to be mentioned and covered on the certificate of insurance. Pool would not be heated.

    Kathy was beyond amazing. She was patient, helpful, and when we needed help with something during the shoot, she immediately assisted us and resolved the issue. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend renting her house for your production (especially because the house is actually bigger than it appears on the pictures so more space for your team!)

    Just like all the reviews previous to ours, we have only great things to say about the location and the host (Kathy). With this clean and tidy 'film house'... we were able to capture a variety of scenes for our Actor's REEL Experience event, and Kathy was kind, caring, accommodating and truly wonderful throughout the preparation process and during filming. Highly recommended and we will look to include the location for filming again in the future. Thank YOU, Kathy! Paul James and Dreamotion Studios.

    Love Kathy's house. Huge property and extremely well maintained. Kathy is a wonderful host. The house is immaculate and it worked perfectly for our scenes.

    Shot here twice now. Kathy is a very nice owner and easy to work with. Great rate for the location and she was generous with allocating extra room for our production. She was flexible on top of this. Would rent again, cheers Kathy!
