Kathy was beyond amazing. She was patient, helpful, and when we needed help with something during the shoot, she immediately assisted us and resolved the issue. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend renting her house for your production (especially because the house is actually bigger than it appears on the pictures so more space for your team!)
Just like all the reviews previous to ours, we have only great things to say about the location and the host (Kathy). With this clean and tidy 'film house'... we were able to capture a variety of scenes for our Actor's REEL Experience event, and Kathy was kind, caring, accommodating and truly wonderful throughout the preparation process and during filming. This was a great location; the host was super accommodating and really worked with us on anything needed so we could get the shots we needed. I would definitely recommend to others, and would rent again.
