Charming Urban Home This was a wonderful home to film in. The garage was empty for staging equipment, there was plenty of street parking and the neighbors didn't mind at all. The house is gorgeous and incredibly spacious upstairs. Plenty of room for talent holding etc. The backyard was fine for staging snacks although I would bring some more folding chairs if I filmed here again, not too much seating available outside the house. No permit necessary. We really enjoyed filming here and would absolutely do so again if the opportunity presented itself.
