Hi there! We are Mox.E Coworking and Overflow Coffee, 2 companies owned by the same non-profit and located in the same building on South Michigan Ave. Our space just completed a brand new renovation and was designed by Gensler Design. We are excited to be in the South Loop and be a host for the special events being organized in our neighborhood!

Awesome space to use for production projects the staff was accommodating and helpful. Budget-friendly and great for any budget film production. Ample amount of street parking. It was easy to get equipment into the space with the elevator. I recommend this space and will book this space again.
