LOVED shooting here and Michael was a pleasure to work with. Super easy to talk to and gave us great recommendations for shooting at the beach afterward. His house is unlike anything else I have ever seen. A DEFINITE GEM! Will be back.
The owner is amazing and very accommodating. If you are looking for an older looking home for period or horror, this is the house you need. The neighborhood is a little rough but the majority of the people are very friendly. Be sure to permit for parking.
Great for a small production in a quiet neighborhood, parking good after 11am. Gem of an authentic location with rare original details. Michael is great to work with and fast with communication. Overall great experience.
