Mike was very helpful and easy to work with! This space was perfect for what we needed and has so much uniqueness and character. This location feels authentic rather than workshopped. Would definitely recommend!
There are several problems:
1. No air condition, no refrigerator and no tap water here.
2. Very very hard too find a parking space.
3. The light in the house is very dark.
4. Too few wall plugs, and need to use an adapter to plug with the equipment.
5. The electric power is not enough. We didn't use big lighting, but the switch always trip.
6. The tenant who lives in the backyard is very rude to us.
But, this house has its style and is very classical and unique. Michael is very nice and patient. Its still a good place to make movie!
This house is amazing and has a ton of character. Everyone on the crew commented on its uniqueness and wanted to know how on earth I found it since it was perfect for what we were doing. Michael, the owner, was more than accommodating even when I’m pretty sure I was being a pest. Every time I reached out to him regarding the location and filming dates, he would immediately respond. Would highly recommend and would like to thank Michael for his graciousness and hospitality.
