This is my first time using Giggster. The house was amazing to shoot in. Michael was great! Super chill, reasonable, pleasant to work with. He was very accommodating and friendly. Overall a great experience. I've heard some horror stories from filmmakers working with some really unreasonable and high strung property owners across LA on Giggster or Peerspace, but this was smooth sailing. One of the neighbors doesn't want you to park in front of his house, so just be mindful!

If you're looking for a place that provides a heaping helping of atmosphere, this house really delivers. Furthermore, Michael couldn't have been more kind or accommodating. As any indie/small crew knows, sometimes you hit snags in your day, and the homeowner was beyond gracious and very helpful. This location looks great on camera and has a historic quality you're unlikely to find in other parts of LA. Definitely wonderful experience.
