This was the best shoot I've ever experienced. The host was very responsive to messages. The place was clean, extra equipment, I was able to meet the host and all of my need were met and more. The host is very accommodating, highly communicative, and super friendly. The apartment is well decorated and a great place to film any production. On top of that, there isn't any intrusive sound in this neighborhood, so recording audio here is also fairly easy. I think the biggest plus in my book is that it's pretty easy to properly light scenes due to the angle of the windows and the blinds, that's a big time saver. Nevertheless, I'd highly recommend this location for any production looking to record in a cozy and artsy apartment.
