This Brooklyn apartment features an office with lots of natural lighting, plants. In the main living space, there's a ton of art, a big couch, a dining table for two that overlooks a giant color coordinated bookcase The home office that doubles as a music production studio can be adjusted to fit many looks. The LED lights can change colors to match any vision.

The host is very accommodating, highly communicative, and super friendly. The apartment is well decorated and a great place to film any production. On top of that, there isn't any intrusive sound in this neighborhood, so recording audio here is also fairly easy. I think the biggest plus in my book is that it's pretty easy to properly light scenes due to the angle of the windows and the blinds, that's a big time saver. Nevertheless, I'd highly recommend this location for any production looking to record in a cozy and artsy apartment.
