CHARMING FIXER UPPER: Great Lighting! The space was exactly what we wanted!!!! Owner was extremely helpful and accommodating offering g extra furniture, props, and even saving a parking space for unloading. Thank you so much!!!!

CHARMING FIXER UPPER: Great Lighting! This location offered a variety of rooms that we were able to use for different scenes for our short film. The host was very accommodating in terms of our schedule and usage for other areas in the building. Would definitely recommend checking this space out!

CHARMING FIXER UPPER: Great Lighting! The host was so kind and generous, the place just like the pictures. Charming old building with good lighting and many rooms for options. The only downside is that if you’re recording dialogue for a video, the street can get loud and busy. Other than that, planning on using the location again soon!
