About the Space

This is a wonderful 6 flat apartment building, around 100 years old, in need of much repair. The front of the apartments have beautiful French Door Windows, Juliette Balconies, and the lighting is so wonderful. The back of the apartments were demolished after the flood from the storm. 4 of the units are unfurnished, but we are flexible, and could provide furniture if desired. The building is mostly vacant, except for myself and my big dog. There are also two huge basements, and 5 garage spaces. If you are looking for a dilapidated old apartment building, or vacant abandoned apartment, search no further. The basements still have belongings from previous residents, and the garage is currently filled with an abandoned car, and items from my friend's storage unit, also looks very interesting. And, if needed, can be cleared out for your project as well. The front looks like an old castle or mansion. There is a front yard, and a small back yard. The winding stairs and back porches would make for a very interesting scene. We have been looking for funding for renovations and code upgrades ever since the building was damaged during a wind storm a few years ago. I inherited this from my mom, and my grandparents owned it before my mother. UPDATE: There are now 4 apartments available. There is electricity in one of the apartments. One bathroom is available. My apartment has mirrors if you are interested. There is a discount if you want to use more than one apartment, the roof, a basement or garage space...
