Our music school is housed in a historic building, attached to our event space / music venue, The LAB at 1010.
We have free parking, capacity 75, and a cozy welcoming space that sounds great!

Intimate Music & Performance Venue - South Seattle This is an incredible space and the staff is so lovely and easy to work with. They are great communicators and are so helpful with every aspect of your show. I can not recommend this place enough.

Intimate Music & Performance Venue - South Seattle Great venue & location with beautiful welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly & professional. They were all very helpful and did an awesome job meeting all accomodations request for my ShowCase production.
