Great layouts, loved the variable room options.
This is a really great studio — spacious, versatile, and full of potential for creative projects. The place has several areas that can be used in different ways, and the overall vibe is very inspiring. There are also some good built-in resources available. The only thing I’d recommend is bringing a bit of extra lighting to make certain spots look clearer on camera. Other than that, it’s a beautiful space with a great theme — perfect for exploring creativity and capturing amazing visuals.
Very disappointed ☹️ I contacted Ray back in August regarding a photoshoot I was putting together for myself and my fiancé. I wasn’t quite ready to book a date yet, but did have some questions. At that time Ray was very responsive, and basically “sold” his studio listing to me. Fast forward to last week, I reached back out to him “Ray”, as I was finally ready to book my shoot and I got complete radio silence? Figured he was just busy, no worries we all get busy however a day or two passed and he never responded. This should’ve been a red flag, and I should’ve just went with my gut and booked the studio over at FD studios down the road, however I just figured my messages slipped through the cracks, let me go ahead and book since I’m able to instantly book my studio time. Fast forward to today, our initial start time was 3 pm. We arrived an hour early, and wanted to see if we could check in earlier by at least 30 minutes (was willing to pay), AND also extend our time by 30 minutes. I went ahead and updated my reservation, and patiently waited for Ray to approve the changes. You can guess what happened, once again, RADIO SILENCE. My fiancé is 7 months pregnant, and it would’ve meant a lot if we were able to get started right away so she can at least get comfortable. But nope. I reached out to support and they even got Rays voicemail. Seriously dude? I would think more money in your pocket would be a no brainer, so again not sure what the heck your deal was. I ended up canceling the extended time since I was being ignored, waited until 3 pm and made our way to the studio. No parking, had to park down the street. Not a huge deal, once we found the studio I was again DISAPPOINTED. There was a bag with trash left on the floor, cups of coffee in the “dressing room” area, along with a take out container, the place was filthy… I’m an avid renter of various spaces, have never had this issue elsewhere. I’m also a very clean person, who picks up after themselves. There’s no way I was going to walk without any shoes in that place, as there were no shoe “covers” provided. To put the cherry on top, my fiancé quickly spotted cameras all around the studio, even in the “changing room”? So basically one’s option is to change in the tiny public restroom out in the hallway, or put on a show for the cameras. I was able to find a blind spot so my fiancé could “comfortably” change. Come on man! It’s a shame as this place has potential to be a badass spot. Take pride in your studio my guy, especially if you want others to follow suit and be respectful of your space. In all of this chaos, we were able to grab some cool shots, which is the reason for my 2 stars. Other than that, I would’ve given this place a 1!
Third time I've shot in this space. Love the variety of sets. Host communicates well and responds in a timely manner. Will book again!
This place was awesome! The place was clean and the sets look just like the pictures! I would definitely recommend it to other creatives & I, myself would go back to do more!
