We're currently offering 4, fully built out film sets, ready for your use! Each room has customizable, color changing flood lights to set to your liking! Film set 1 - Gothic Spike Room Film set 2 - Industrial Fan Room Film set 3 - Vintage Lightbulb Room Film set 4 - Unique Window Room Studio Rules: - THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING!! You will be charged a fee. Fog Machine/ Haze is okay. - One "first come first serve" parking space available in garage. Plenty of street parking off of Hill Street available. Feel free to pull into the parking garage off of W 25th Street to unload gear. - If you Damage/ Break anything you will be charged a fee. - Maximum Capacity is 6 people.
