Hi Giggsters! Part of my regular day job involves booking out whatever vacant buildings and lots that our company owns in the L.A. area for filming, parking or production basecamps, and I've done contracts with most all the major studios and many independent production companies. Such a great space for a photoshoot! So many areas were easy to use as different back drops. Architecture in this house is great. One note is they did not have the wooden chairs as seen in the photos which was a bummer, but we were able to adapt with other timeless pieces in the home.

Sam's space was perfect for our shoot. It was a quiet neighborhood which allowed us to film for hours without any interruptions. Both Sam and his wife were friendly and allowed our team to set up a few minutes early, allowing us to quickly figure out the layout of our set up. Sam was also very communicative and answered any questions I had prior to the shoot. Would love to work here again.
