Used for film shoots, product catalog photo shoots, social media influencers, bridal showers/photo shoots. Located in North Tustin, Orange County, California, just 5 minutes off the 22 and 55 Freeways. Rentable spaces include the front courtyard with real wood fireplace, back yard including pool/spa (extra fee for pool/spa heating), living room, kitchen/dining area, and bathrooms. Total house size is approximately 2,600 s.f., single level on a 10,000 s.f. lot. Some photos in listing include staged furnishings to show alternate looks, and not all furnishings shown are on site.No Student filming permitted.

Such a great space for a photoshoot! So many areas were easy to use as different back drops. Architecture in this house is great. One note is they did not have the wooden chairs as seen in the photos which was a bummer, but we were able to adapt with other timeless pieces in the home.

Sam's space was perfect for our shoot. It was a quiet neighborhood which allowed us to film for hours without any interruptions. Both Sam and his wife were friendly and allowed our team to set up a few minutes early, allowing us to quickly figure out the layout of our set up. Sam was also very communicative and answered any questions I had prior to the shoot. Would love to work here again.
