Eric was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The house is fantastic to shoot in and worked out great for our smaller independent film size. Friendly neighbors, all around smooth experience. Would shoot here again.

Loved this house. Exactly as pictured, they let us come by to scout multiple times, extremely accommodating. Will definitely be renting for future shoots!
