This is one-of-a-kind artist's retreat is at the center of it all. The home is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath, craftsman that was built in 1921. While most of the period details remain, the home was recently renovated and is now a contemporary masterpiece, full of unique modern details.
• 3 bedrooms / 2 baths / sleeps 5 total in 1 king bed, 1 queen bed & 1 twin bed
• In the center of it all: 1 block from Sunset, on the border of Silver Lake & Echo Park
• Original windows, doors, and a kitchen full of natural light
• An art collector's home - featuring some of the best contemporary artists in Los Angeles

Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen with custom psychedelic quartzite stone throughout, high-end Monogram appliances, custom cabinetry with paneled appliances, and a giant sliding glass door
Primary Bedroom: King bed with layers of colored linen bedding, giant custom mirror, space-age retro dresser, Bocci bedside lamps, and a giant drape that covers the entire wall
Primary Bathroom: Multi-color turquoise, off-white, beige, and neon blue Zia tiling, with custom sky blue vanity, skylight, giant shower with dual shower systems
Guest Bedroom: Tasteful multi-color bedding, mushroom lamp, custom side tables, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom
Guest Bathroom: Monochromatic bathroom featuring a huge tub, custom vanity, and Saguaro cactus Zia tiles
Office/3rd Bedroom: Pink, blue, and white bedding + custom berber rug, beautiful desk, skylight, and a gallery wall of art prints
OTHER DETAILS
Parking: There is space for 3 cars in private parking spaces in front of the garages. There is also plenty of street parking with no street sweeping
Stairs: There is a large set of concrete stairs that you do need to walk up on this property. But, I've been told it's "definitely worth the climb up the stairs" :)
Staging: Staging can happen on the sidewalk, in a garage, on the front patio of the home, or in the back area/patio of the home
Permitting & COI: COI is needed for all shoots and permits are needed for larger, multi-day shoots

Lovely house, lovely hosts! Definitely worth the climb up the stairs. The interior is even prettier and more detailed in person! Super unique decor. Would recommend for all your filming needs.
