First and foremost, this home is very beautiful and the shots that we got will be really lovely for our brand! Cami was a very helpful and responsive host, making sure we had a proper run through of the home and knew the best areas to utilize for our shoot. While this is a lived-in home, Cami was very flexible in allowing us full access. I do feel that it is important to mention that we had a rather challenging experience with one of the home owners who made a lot of our crew feel unsafe and unwelcome. We understand that this is their house that they live in it day-to-day which can cause additional level of scrutiny, which is why we strove to be very respectful of the space and follow the guidelines outlined by the host. But it is worth mentioning that one or both of the owners were present in the home for the entirety of the shoot and a bit more involved than we had anticipated. As long as this is something you are conformable with, I would absolutely recommend this as a shoot location and reiterate that Cami is a very helpful and welcoming host.
The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the process, making everything run smoothly. The location itself is beautiful and well-maintained. It's also spotless in terms of hygiene. It was perfect for our shoot!!

The house was great for a small production. Lots of space and natural light. Our only negative experience came from a miscommunication when Cami left the house and her husband mistakenly thought we didn’t have clearance to shoot in a bedroom. Instead of verifying the details of our agreement, he accused us of wrongdoing and violating the terms of our agreement in front of everyone, including our client. Eventually he privately admitted that he just didn’t read the terms correctly and missed that we had rented out the entire house, including the bedroom. Once that was cleared up, we had no further issues, but it could have been handled with more tact. One useful note is that the front entrance is not that large, so we set up our gear in the backyard and brought things in through the back door.
