The house was great for a small production. Lots of space and natural light. Our only negative experience came from a miscommunication when Cami left the house and her husband mistakenly thought we didn’t have clearance to shoot in a bedroom. Instead of verifying the details of our agreement, he accused us of wrongdoing and violating the terms of our agreement in front of everyone, including our client. Eventually he privately admitted that he just didn’t read the terms correctly and missed that we had rented out the entire house, including the bedroom. Once that was cleared up, we had no further issues, but it could have been handled with more tact.
One useful note is that the front entrance is not that large, so we set up our gear in the backyard and brought things in through the back door.
