About the Space

Welcome to our warm “Scandifornian” modern home completed in 2025, designed by a renowned Los Angeles interior designer. This space blends the bohemian rock-and-roll spirit of 1960s Sunset Strip with the clean, organic wood lines of Scandinavian design. Arrive through an Asian-inspired wood fence, past a native plant garden, and step through a glass front door into a cozy formal living room. Here, custom wood built-ins house an eclectic vinyl and book collection, a tile fireplace anchors the space, and mid-century inspired built-in seating invites conversation. On the main level, you’ll find: A jewel-box powder room in deep green Roman clay, zellige tile, and a marble integrated sink. A large, light-filled chef’s kitchen with an oversized island, 48” professional range, oak cabinetry, and quartzite counters/backsplash. A leather-clad dining nook perfect for intimate meals or moody product shots. An attached ADU with a whimsical playroom in mint-green cabinetry, an office, and a moody kitchenette featuring dark-stained cabinetry, soapstone counters, and brass lighting (can also double as a bar). The backyard is equally production-ready, featuring: An outdoor kitchen with stone counters, floating wood shelves, charcoal grill, and gas grill. A Moroccan-style fire table for atmospheric evening scenes. Every corner of this home offers texture, natural light, and visual interest - ideal for photo shoots, film, branded content, or editorial work. As production veterans ourselves, we’ve designed this property with crews in mind and can help accommodate your needs. Located just a few blocks from the 10 fwy and minutes from Westwood Village, quite convenient for many productions.. Please note: BE HONEST ABOT YOUR NUMBER OF CREW MEMBERS WHEN BOOKING. Please note: shoes off inside the house or provide booties for your crew. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING RULES: No adult filming. No alcohol. No pets. NO FILMING IN THE MASTER BEDROOM FILMING IN ANY OF THE UPSTAIRS SPACES (master bath, kids bath, laundry room) must be vetted with the house first in detail and incur an extra $200 per room. Shoes off inside the house or bring booties if preferred. Please bring floor coverings for crews larger than 14 people. Please do not use our dish-ware and silverware, bring your own if needed! A walk through upon arrival and after wrap is required. PLEASE BE HONEST ABOUT NUMBER OF CREW MEMBERS. If we count more than number of crew booked, you will be asked to send people home to achieve original number or each extra person will be charged double per head. You have until 5 days before shoot to update me with correct number. If we feel it’s too many than originally booked we have the right to cancel. THIS IS OUR PRIMARY RESIDENCE. TREAT OUR HOME WITH RESPECT AS IF IT WERE YOUR OWN. If we see a crew member disrespecting our home, they will be told so by a site rep. This includes no gear on furniture or plants, leaving doors open so that bugs can enter, forgetting to remove shoes, or entering master bedroom without permission. Please ask where make up and hair can set up before starting. No sticking anything to walls or removing art. You can cover art with a prop if needed. Ask permission to move any furniture. Any furniture not put back where it was will increase cleaning fee by $100. Make sure to read these rules to all crew members before shoot begins. Thank you and enjoy our home!
