The space was in a great location with parking available close by. The cleanliness did not meet our expectations as my team had to clean it before our guests came. However, once Richard knew this was an issue he made sure to have the place cleaned and set up for the next two days. Richard is a very solution orientated host.

Richard is a wonderful host! He is easy to communicate with, responsive, flexible, and very accommodating. Thank you for responding to our needs leading up to the event and the day of the event. Thank you for ensuring we had the chairs and tables needed. We truly appreciated this cozy space to host an intimate conversation with 30 graduate students. The loft location is ideal for meaningful building, it is accessible to public transportation, and is close to stores (grocery and coffee). Thank you Richard for helping to make this a memorable event! Highly recommended.
