I would like to start this off by first saying it is legitimately difficult to find an affordable office type location when you're a small budget production. And finding this location was an absolute godsend. Juan, was extremely easy to work with, friendly and professional.
We were filming e-learning content and the space itself was exactly what I was expecting from the photos, and I was even happier to learn that even though it's on a major street, (Brand) the sound was was not an issue at all.
I plan on using the space again in the future without a doubt.

High Tech Corporate Training / Meeting Glendale I really loved this space for our film shoot. It had plenty of natural lighting which boost production value and the space in general was very accommodating. Juan was amazing and really went out of his way to make us happy and ensure we had a successful production. I would definitely use this space again.
