    I would like to start this off by first saying it is legitimately difficult to find an affordable office type location when you're a small budget production. And finding this location was an absolute godsend. Juan, was extremely easy to work with, friendly and professional. We were filming e-learning content and the space itself was exactly what I was expecting from the photos, and I was even happier to learn that even though it's on a major street, (Brand) the sound was was not an issue at all. I plan on using the space again in the future without a doubt.
