I would like to start this off by first saying it is legitimately difficult to find an affordable office type location when you're a small budget production. And finding this location was an absolute godsend. Juan, was extremely easy to work with, friendly and professional. We were filming e-learning content and the space itself was exactly what I was expecting from the photos, and I was even happier to learn that even though it's on a major street, (Brand) the sound was was not an issue at all. I plan on using the space again in the future without a doubt.

Professional training / conference room available for hourly and day rental, Monday thru Saturday (inquire about evening or weekend rental). Professional staff onsite for greeting customers. WiFi and room amenities included. Offsite catering allowed. 8 to 16 people with or without computers, projector, whiteboards, kitchen and much more. Client has the choice to book this room with or without computers. Price will not change. Comes with separate registration area to greet your clients.
