Hello welcome! please check out our historic property built in 1882. I have personally been renting out properties for filming and still shoots for over 25 years. It is essential to work with the productions as well as the local neighbors as a team to insure a smooth production and a happy neighborhood for repeat business! I also have an extensive background as a site manager for large scale events on location rental properties in Santa Barbara & Santa Ynez. I look forward to showing you around and answering any questions you have.
This location was fantastic to film at. The location offers multiple looks, and Sally was extremely accommodating and helpful. The house has enough space for a large crew. An important note for this location is to dial in your truck parking ahead of time.
Sally, the host, was absolutely amazing! She was so kind to us and this space was so cool to use! The shots we got were amazing and the house definitely had some thrilling spots. I would highly recommend.
