Hello welcome! please check out our historic property built in 1882. I have personally been renting out properties for filming and still shoots for over 25 years. It is essential to work with the productions as well as the local neighbors as a team to insure a smooth production and a happy neighborhood for repeat business! I also have an extensive background as a site manager for large scale events on location rental properties in Santa Barbara & Santa Ynez. I look forward to showing you around and answering any questions you have.
