Hello welcome! please check out our historic property built in 1882. I have personally been renting out properties for filming and still shoots for over 25 years. It is essential to work with the productions as well as the local neighbors as a team to insure a smooth production and a happy neighborhood for repeat business! I also have an extensive background as a site manager for large scale events on location rental properties in Santa Barbara & Santa Ynez. Sally was an exceptional host and beyond accommodating - even suggesting spots and props to use during our shoot. The location has ample parking, amazing lighting and beyond perfect decor for a spooky mansion vibe. This was by far one of my favorite venues and our team hopes to be back for another shoot. The attic and layout of the house was so historically cool.

Not enough kind words in the world for Sally & this beautiful location. Our production endured some hardships and Sally’s flexibility in accommodating us literally *saved* us. The house speaks for itself—unbelievable character and rich history here. A filmmaker’s dream location. Not to mention the staggering amount of production design/props already available to you. This house has such a special place in my heart. Thank you for everything ❤️
