Natural + design-focused house in Richmond Mimi was awesome and her place is beautiful. She was super helpful and gave out team all the info for lighting, light switches, and clearly laid out her rules and expectations. She is lighting quick on her responses and super friendly! Would definitely recommend!

Natural + design-focused house in Richmond Mimi (the host) was fantastic and the space is exquisite!
From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the decor and the incredible attention to detail in every corner of the property.
The house itself was a filmmaker's dream – spacious, well-lit rooms with versatile layouts that perfectly suited our various scenes. The natural light pouring in through the large windows was a cinematographer's delight, and the interior design provided an excellent backdrop.
Mimi was accommodating and understanding, making the entire process seamless from start to finish.
Overall, this rental house served as the perfect canvas for our production. The professionalism and hospitality of the host, combined with the beauty and functionality of the location, made our filming experience an absolute pleasure. We can't wait to return for future projects and highly recommend this gem to any production seeking a visually captivating and accommodating space.

Natural + design-focused house in Richmond Mimi was such a pleasure to coordinate with. She was very warm, friendly, welcoming and responsive. The space had so many lovely touches and different, yet cohesive vibes. I would definitely book again with her!
