Loved this location so much that we shot an additional 5 days! This house has so many great looks from the pool and adjacent garden to their amazing home. I would come here again without hesitation.
Themis is the epitome of hospitality and a class act. She's available to you for any questions you may have but does not hover allowing you to work.
When pulling a permit you can request posting for your working trucks across the street for overnights as it's directly in front of the W. Valley Occupational School and not a residents home. The school is quite expensive though for crew parking/catering so we stayed with the parking we had been using at the former Lamplighter restaurant at the corner of De Soto and Nordhoff.
Themis was an amazing host. She is so sweet and accommodating and made what could have been a stressful day VERY easy for us. The house is beautiful and offered so many different options and looks for our shoot. No issues from the neighbors or from the school across the street. I wish they could all be this easy!
