Had as excellent shoot in this space, my second time here. Its a large spacious condo with lots of quality furniture that made for lovely elements. Location is convenient and within easy reach of public transport. Will book again for sure.

James was awesome as always! this is the first time I work at his new studio. Very spacious and easy to get to. I went on a very overcast day, which I don't think matters that much, because you definitely will benefit from external lights anyways. The first floor does get some natural light, not sure how bright it gets with sunlight, but the bottom floor has no natural light at all, so keep that in mind for the space! The ambient lights can works wonders in some scenarios, but that has to be done very purposefully. Overall, can definitely recommend the space
