I certainly appreciate the opportunity that Eric has given us. We were able to execute our scene with enough space and time proper and after all editing it looks fantastic. Strongly recommend Eric for this particular set Thank you very much!!
I would’ve given a positive review because the host (Eric) responded quickly & my shoot went well, but no. This location is a minimum 4 hr rental & when I reached out to ask for a custom rate because I didn’t need it for that long, we agreed on a 3 hr rental. But he didn’t send a custom rate or update the booking information and I was charged for the full amount and cannot be refunded. Also, when we were negotiating the rental he said it was an inconvenience for him to have a shorter rental because he has to drive...well Eric, it’s an inconvenience for me to be paying for extra time I didn’t use.
