STANDING SET PADDED CELL / ASYLUM
SMALL MINI STUDIO
+Asylum cell is in a 500 SF industrial space near the Van Nuys airport that's perfect for small productions and short projects.
+Cell is padded on all 6 sides.
+Solid Door
+Cell has a moving wall that allows a camera position.
+Plenty of room for Camera op to be in cell with talent.
+Measures (6.5' W X 8' D x 7.5' T)
THIS SET PIECE DEPENDS ON THE STERILE LOOK. NO SHOES TO BE WORN IN CELL AT ANY TIME. No marking of any kind to be done in the cell. Cleaning charges start at 100$ to steam clean. If any fabric needs to be replaced, prices start at $300.
+Comes with 1 folding table (not to be used by art dept) and folding chairs
+A/C. (it's old but works fine in the small space)
+Parking for 2 1/2 vehicles (motorcycle) right in front of the door. Street parking isn't terrible.
Jail cells at same location are not included in the rental of the asylum piece. If you want to use the jail cells, they are an additional fee. Contact us to discuss.
The studio must be returned to the condition it was delivered.
NO to all of the following:
adult content, fire, burning, SFX, painting, rigging on set, drilling into set, taking apart or modifying ANY part of the set in ANY way, etc without written permission.

We rent to confirmed accounts ONLY.
PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR RENTAL. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your start time and you do not communicate with me prior to that, I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO LOCK UP AND LEAVE. Rental would not be refundable in this situation. Your rental starts at the reserved time not when you arrive.
IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR GOING LONG WE CHARGE $30 PER HALF HOUR OF STANDBY TIME WHILE WE WAIT FOR YOU. If you let us know early, WE WILL HAPPILY WORK WITH YOU.
ALSO, If members of your group are <21, you are required to hire a site rep @ $20 / hr you are here paid directly to the rep. MUST set up prior to shoot date.
