Marino “Manor” - American style house near Manhattan So I hadn’t done anything creative in a really long time so getting back into the whole production space was really a breeze specially working with Andrew. He was very quick to with response and he confirmed me ASAP. He was very polite, friendly and welcoming. Air conditioner was fantastic . It was a very hot day he also accommodated us with waters introduced us to a space can and give us our privacy by leaving the property while we produced and most of all, I can’t forget, we left a few things, and he was sweet enough to travel out of his way to bring us those items which I think was awesome. I would definitely recommend a space.
From start to finish, Andrew was a joy to work with. He accommodated my location scout on very short notice, and very clearly communicated at each step of the process. His home was perfect for our shoot - and he was a gracious host. I would return to shoot here in a heartbeat!

The home owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The house was a fantastic space for our shoot. The pictures are very accurate, so no surprises. As a bonus, the neighborhood is quiet, which was great for sound.
