The owner is the best host you could ever imagine. I don't intend to be dramatic, but you won't regret filming here. Very clear guidelines and incredibly accommodating.
The location is very clean, and beautifully arranged. We were able to come in and start shooting with minimal dressing due to the already beautiful environment.
Parking is tough in the area, we shuttled our crew in and permitted limited areas to be accommodating to the neighbors and everything went well. Be kind to the neighborhood and they will be kind to you, plan and simple.
