The owner is the best host you could ever imagine. I don't intend to be dramatic, but you won't regret filming here. Very clear guidelines and incredibly accommodating. The location is very clean, and beautifully arranged. We were able to come in and start shooting with minimal dressing due to the already beautiful environment. Parking is tough in the area, we shuttled our crew in and permitted limited areas to be accommodating to the neighbors and everything went well. Be kind to the neighborhood and they will be kind to you, plan and simple. I'm leaving this review to encourage others to use this location, from one producer to another this location made my day easy and you won't regret filming here!

This place was so easy to rent for a shoot - the owner was responsive and polite on the phone, and the manager at the store was great on the shoot day. Very accommodating, allowed us to shoot early in the morning so we didn't have to pay to shut down business.
