The host was great and super kind. This was a great place to film. We shot only exterior in the front area of the house at night. It is close to the airport so be aware of that. We had planes flying all night long but in between planes flying over us we were able to film. It’s a quiet neighborhood but not super super quiet.
Excellent space! Perfect for our short film production. 20 crew for 2 days. Mimi was so attentive during the entire process. Smooth production thanks to the space and assistance. Bonus points for the production tent in the backyard! Thank you Mimi!
Mimi is a great host very attentive I did my baby shower in her backyard it had lots of space the backyard is nice & very spacious I had taco catering my tent was put up she also had another small tent that the kids played in with the small slide house was nice and the neighbors were very nice I definitely recommend baby shower here if need to be thanks Mimi 💞
