Stand out features include a clean and modern playroom with indoor wood swing, open large kitchen, kid's room, an extra large master suite with separate tub and show in en suite. Wood floors, baseboards door trim all in good condition. Recently painted all white and landscaped backyard.

A great place to film! Complete access, nice backyard for craft services and loading equipment. Mimi was fantastic. Neighborhood is very friendly. It's near the airport, but we had absolutely no issue with sound. Highly recommend.
